ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Petrol guarantees your eyewear for one year from the date of purchase. Should any part prove defective in materials or manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

Please keep your proof-of-purchase. Should you require warranty service, please:

Step 1:
Contact us via email at info@petroleyewear.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2:
Securely package your eyewear (please use the original hard case provided with your product, if possible) and include in your correspondence:
- the Petrol-provided RMA number
- proof-of-purchase
- name, phone number and address
- a brief description of the defect

Petrol is not responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit. We recommend you ship the item via a carrier that allows you to track the package and insure its contents. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including any insurance and/or international Customs duties or taxes) for items sent to Petrol. If, upon receipt and evaluation, the warranty claim is granted, you will receive your repaired eyewear or a new, replacement product shipped to you at no charge. If the warranty claim is denied, return shipment of the product is the customer's responsibility.

At its discretion, Petrol can honor your warranty with a replacement product of equal value. Petrol will make every effort to replace defective products with a unit of the same style and color. If unavailable, a substitute product of equal value will be shipped to you.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER. PETROL EYEWEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Petrol Eyewear Canada, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the initial cost of shipping the item to you. Returned items MUST be in their original, unused condition and complete, original packaging. A copy of the invoice you received with your shipment is also required.

Step 1:

Securely package your eyewear in its complete, original packaging.

Your refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to process and appear on your card statement.

Items purchased from authorized Petrol Eyewear retailers must be returned to the store where purchased.

Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur in processing an order. In most cases orders are processed immediately, often shipping the same day for in-stock items. During busy periods, delays may occur. All orders will be processed no later than 2 business days upon receipt, provided the items are in-stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.

Orders placed overnight will be processed the opening of the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays).

Allow 5 to 7 business days for standard ground shipping.

Please provide a street address for courier service as most couriers are unable to deliver to a post office box address.

The item(s) are carefully packed for shipment by our shipping department in compliance with carrier requirements. However we realize that shipment damage may occur in spite of these precautions. Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or external signs of damage. If packages in your shipment appear damaged, you should immediately unpack them and inspect the contents. If you find a problem, notify the delivery driver of the item(s) involved before you sign and accept your order. Failure to do so may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
